Did you know Rm 1 skips every morning? Every morning after the roll we go outside and skip. We each have a buddy to help us count our skips. My buddy is Lola because we are the same size skipping rope.
My buddy and I always try to get a yellow handle skipping rope, but most of the time we get green handle skipping ropes. We try and get the yellow handle skipping rope because we both can't skip with green handle skipping ropes.
We go skipping every morning to train for Cross Country. It is really helping me with getting fit.
I love skipping because it is very fun. :)
